The Crawfish Crossing 2025 season has come to the end.

Thanks to everyone for your business! Thanks to all of you that made 2025 a great success!

I will post on Facebook the progress of the new crawfish crop that is now in the process of burrowing and preparing for a new crop of baby crawfish while their next years food source (rice crop) is being grown.

I plan to start the 2026 year as soon in the new year as crawfish are available from Louisiana in enough supply to be affordable.
